This is my first Katana and the quality is great! The blade is sharp, (I don’t test cut so no idea on cutting ability) the handle and tsuba are well put together and feels good in the hands. The scabbard is a glossy black and also well put together. I haven’t done a comparison to the movie but its a good quality sword. Overall if you love Katanas and the Last Samurai movie, this is the blade for you!
