This is a full-time position with working hours between Monday – Friday 9:00-5:00 CST at our location in Princeton, Indiana. This is not a work from home position.

Customer Service Rep Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service via Phone, Email, and Live Chat.
  • Take orders over the phone and process them through our system.
  • Work with vendors.
  • Must be knowledgeable with using computers and the internet.

Potential candidates should have a positive attitude and a willingness to help others, which is essential for customer service. Must be able to multi-task, stay organized, and work efficiently.

A typical day would consist of taking orders by phone, providing order status by phone and/or email, answering general inquiries from customers regarding products, availability, and shipping times.

Our office positions start $14.00 per hour or more based on experience. There is room to grow as we regularly give raises and/or promotions to employees who perform their job well.

We are currently hiring a Graphic Designer/Illustrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to work in a fast-growing company with room to grow professionally.

The individual must have a passion and be able to create medieval and fantasy themed graphics for web and print.

This is a full-time position with working hours of Monday – Friday 8:30-5:00 CST at our location in Princeton, Indiana. Please do not apply if you are not able to work these hours at our location. This is not a work from home position.

Some of the tasks of the Graphic Design position include but are not limited to:

  • Cropping, editing, and creating product images
  • Create product banners and promotional ads for websites
  • Creating graphics/skins for websites
  • Creating quarterly brochures
  • Creating advertisements for various print publications
  • Creating graphics for newsletters, blogs, and social media
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating our print catalog
  • Responsible for updating existing images and graphics as needed
  • Creating files in Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW

  • Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Must be able to work under a creative director/manager.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or related field.
  • An Associates degree or higher in graphic design is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator on a Windows platform.
  • Experience in CorelDRAW is also a plus.

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for growing our existing presence on social media and building our presence on new social media platforms. They will ensure creative efforts fit into the company’s goals. The Social Media Specialist will be supervised by the Creative Director.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of previous social media and marketing experience with social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and Instagram, is a must.
  • Proven success in retail-focused social media marketing
  • This position will require some physical demands and the candidate must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. There may be long periods of standing, sitting, and bending/reaching.
  • Provide a portfolio of previous work along with your resume.

Some tasks of the Social Media Specialist’s position include but are not limited to:

  • Determine what type of content works best on each platform and for our company.
  • Lead in data based, results driven content planning.
  • Increase website traffic from social media presence and help convert leads to sales.
  • Create and maintain a regular posting schedule across all social media platforms where we already have a presence. This includes but is not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.

Duties and Responsibilities for Data Entry Specialist:

  • Candidates will be required to follow precise instructions comparing multiple data sets.

  • Compiling item descriptions, pricing, and vendor information into one spreadsheet to be uploaded to the website.
  • Accuracy is key.

We have an opening for a creative mind as our Product Photographer. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to work in a fast-paced company with room to grow professionally.

The Product Photographer will be responsible for taking high quality photographs of products including swords, helmets, axes, crowns, gowns, clothing, accessories, jewelry and so much more for our retail sites.

Some tasks of the Product Photographer position include but are not limited to:

Take photographs of product for use on the company’s websites, print marketing, and other promotional material.
Managing photo shoots, hiring models, proper lighting, backgrounds, etc.
Work closely with other members of the creative department as needed.

Personal Qualities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Must be able to work under a creative director/manager.
  • Should be willing to learn new things.
  • Should be able to handle constructive criticism in the event a photograph is not accepted or requires changes.
  • Have a great eye for design and be a creative individual.
  • A positive and friendly attitude is desired.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of previous experience with professional photography. Retail experience is preferred.
  • Have knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop for photo editing.
  • Have knowledge of proper use of digital cameras, lighting and related equipment.
