Return Policy

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

We have made returns super easy for you! Please read our return policy below and select which option is convenient for you. We offer options that provide you with or without a return shipping label.

Return & Refund Policy:

We will take returns for up to 90 days from the ship date of your order. We can only process refunds for items returned within 30 days, after 30 days we offer store credit only. Any items being returned must be in their original condition. This means the product cannot be worn, washed, soiled, damaged, or used in any way. Please contact us before sending an item back that you think may be damaged or defective.

For clothing, it is fine to try it on, however, you’ll want to make sure you do not subject the item to any scents (such as perfume, smoke or any other scent that will require the garment to be washed) or animal hair. Make sure all accessories, such as laces, are also returned with the garment. Boots should not have any markings on the soles. Please take care and try your footwear on a carpeted or soft floor that will not scratch or mark the bottom of the shoes.

Items that are not returnable are: Tobacco Pipes, Tights and Hosen, Opened Prosthetics, Costume Wigs, Earrings (and other pierced jewelry), Spartan/Gladiator Briefs, Wind Instruments, Any Liquid or Cream (Rust Blocker and other Metal Cleaners, LARP Silicone, Fake Blood, Prosthetic Glues and Removers, et cetera), Underwear, Socks (unless unopened), and Custom Items. Custom means any item that is specifically labeled as custom or ordered from us that is not normally on our website for sale. For example, a custom color, or a custom size of a particular item.

Refund or Store Credit:

Whether you are returning your item for a refund or for store credit so you can place an exchange order, there is no restocking fee applied to your return*. You will be credited back the full amount you paid for the returned item(s).

*In order to avoid being charged a restocking fee, your returned items must be in the original packaging and in resellable condition. Clothing must be neatly folded and in the original bag. Other items must be packaged with care and in the original packaging. If your return does not meet this condition, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. There may be cases where we are unable to accept your return. Please take care in packaging your return items. 

If you have returned your item(s) within 30 days from your shipment date, you can request a refund. Your refund will be processed back to the same payment method used for your order.

If you have returned your item(s) outside of the refund window or would like to place an exchange order, you can request store credit. Store credit will be emailed to you.

I received a damaged or defective item

If you believe you have received items that are either damaged or defective, please retain all shipping materials (all boxes and packing materials) and contact us right away. You can also start the process of submitting your return online by clicking the link below. Select the reason for return to be Damaged/Defective and upload a photo of the damaged or defective item. Include comments to explain any relevant information. Your request will be looked at by a customer service rep and you will be contacted with how to proceed.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are not refundable unless we are at fault. We will always correct any errors we make at no extra cost to you. There will be a new shipping fee for exchange orders.

Refused Packages:

Please do not refuse your package. By refusing a package we are then forced to pay the return shipping cost. Any associated shipping fees we incur from refused packages will be deducted from your refund total.

How to Process My Return:

This option will let you process your return online and let you purchase a return shipping label which will be less expensive than purchasing at a shipping store. Simply follow the instructions on the return label page to process your return.

This option is only valid for customers in the United States. International customers cannot purchase a label through us for their return. Please use the next option.

Please complete our Return/Exchange Form and include this with your return. This will help us process your return or exchange. Include this form with the merchandise you are returning. Please be sure to include your order number on the form. The return address and any other information you need are listed on this form.
