Very well made, you can tell right away that they are Cobbler crafted. Thick Leather will last many years with the right care. Wide width not an issue as they have wide toes, the only thing I can write to look out for is they are difficult to put on, you will need help at first.

I have been looking for a high quality pair of leather boots for a long time, and finally, I have them. Historically accurate, thick and durable genuine leather with a quality that speaks of hand made. A few things of note, though…. You will have to break these in! Once that happens, you will have an incredibly comfortable pair of boots. My pair arrived with what I thought were two left boots. They come ambidextrous, (hence the break in period), and you simply reverse the belt so the buckle is on the correct side for each. Again, once broken in, they become much easier to get on and off. Also notable, when you get them, the sole can be very slippery.
Overall, amazing quality, perfect fit, and a boot that will last for years. Well worth the cost!
