Polypropylene Tomahawk Axe

The axe has a straight haft. A series of ridges provides a more secure grip, helping to keep a hand from slipping off of the haft. There are three sections of ridges on the haft. In addition, there are other ridges that mimic the look of a leather wrapping found on a steel axe. They add more texture to the grip.

At the top, there is an axe blade. On one side, the axe head forms a curved point. On the other side, the axe head continues the triangular shape, ending with an angled, bearded blade. A bearded blade extends further on the bottom than on the top. This polypropylene polearm makes a great addition to any warriors armoury.

Tomahawk History

The name Tomahawk comes from the Powhatan word Tamahaac. That word had the root of temah, meaning to cut off by tool. Meanwhile, the design of the tomahawk spread from the Algonquians to tribes in the South and Great Plains.
