Easy Returns and Exchanges:

  1. Enter the email address associated with your order and your Order ID, then click Find Order.
  2. Select the item(s) that you wish to return.
  3. Select your return type, either Store Credit (if you wish to make an exchange), Refund, or Repair.
  4. If you choose Repair, this should be something we have already arranged with you. While we can repair some items, we cannot repair all items.
  5. Select your reason for return. Certain options, such as damaged/defective may require a photo of the item.
  6. Enter any comments you have regarding your return if any.
  7. Review your Return Confirmation. Click submit.
  8. The next page will take you to PayPal where you can pay for your return label. You do not need to have a PayPal account, you can use any major credit card without having a PayPal account.
  9. After payment is made you will be able to print out your UPS return label.
  10. Follow the instructions shown for printing your packing slip and UPS label.
  11. Drop your package off at any UPS drop-off location.
  12. When we receive your return, please allow 1-3 days for processing.

Return Policy Highlights:

  1. This option is only valid for US customers.
  2. Can make returns for up to 90 days from the ship date of your order.
  3. Can get a refund if items are returned within 30 days.
  4. Can get store credit if returned after 30 days.
  5. Items must be returned in their original condition.
