I bought this to wear to a medieval Christmas party and it’s perfect! The wool is a bit scratchy on its own, but the lining makes it unnoticeable on its own. Unless you are a particularly petite person or a child, I would recommend going with the large size. I got the small and it’s just a bit shorter than I would have liked and the hood is tight enough on my head that I can’t really wear it up. That’s on me though, the hood is amazing!
