With the enemy rushing at you, you must concentrate on your attack. Wear the Vigor Steel Tasset Belt to protect your thighs in battle. Made from 18 gauge mild steel, this armour belt has three sections. Two sections protect the upper thighs while the third section protects the space in between. Each section has an overlapping design, consisting of five plates. Each plate has a pointed bottom edge. They also have angled sides which form an angled shape for each section overall. The overlapping design allows for greater mobility without sacrificing protection. You can wear this tasset belt to your next LARP event, cosplay convention, or Renaissance faire.

This thing is big! I’m 200 lbs but it’s too large on me. The belt can’t close because I’m too thin even with a gambeson. You definitely need a 55″ waist. However, I did find a way around this issue.
I removed the center plates and punched holes on the belt so it can close. Then I added the center plates to another belt and layed that on top. This way I get full coverage like the pictures.
The tassets give full coverage of my thighs and groin. They also have great mobility since the plates are connected by thick leather straps. My larp group won’t be able to get shots through this thing. 5 out 5 stars!
