It has a very tight elbow. Even without chain mail or gambeson you can’t touch your belt buckle and struggle to draw a sword. I may have just got one that was riveted to tight, not sure. They are however built incredibly heavy dusty and can take a Heck of a beating

Very good and flexible arms, attach to spaulders for full shoulder to wrist protection

Excellent coverage and fit even for my arms. Flexibility is excellent and protection superior to other solutions. We fight with LARP weapons, kendo shinai, and HEMA synthetic swords. Combined with the Shapur Gambeson for cushioning, this is the best protection we’ve found for fencing with heavier weapons.

Real nice looking and they feel great. The elbow is a tad tight though, it allows you to flex a little past 90 degrees. This isn’t too much of a problem though, still very good and very nice looking.
