Great piece. Cover my entire upper arm almost all the way down to the elbow, and fit comfortably. They look great, and i couldn’t be happier with them!

For the price, these pauldrons CAN’T BE BEAT! Super-tough 16 ga. steel, strong, thick strapping, fool-proof construction. The only *possible* downside I see is that due to the way the lower canon is built, these *might not* be the best choice for those with large biceps. They *could* be bent outward slightly for larger biceps though—but this IS 16 ga. steel, so it won’t be easy. But…if you have muscles THAT BIG…no prob. 😀 I have zero doubt that these would fend off even a heavy sword strike…just as they were meant to do originally. Excellent armor!!!…….Mark M.

Great piece of armor. Good quality metal and good quality leather straps. These fit perfectly with the Markward gorget.

Great for the price; I would definitely recommend these. I use them with the Steel Elias Gorget, and they work perfectly.

Nice piece, I used yhis with the adams gorget and it looks great paired with it. Only gripe would be leather texture.

Great spaulders, but is sometimes difficult getting them to connect to the gorget, and hiding the straps after is also troublesome, but not impossible

These things freaking rock and I love them so much. They look awesome and can be affixed to nearly anything because of the straps on the top. The lengths of all the leather straps varies slightly, which can be annoying or really helpful depending on what your going for. And to get them to sit proper on my breastplate i had to use some excess leather straps. You can throw yourself around with these and be fine. They are the real deal and can withstand a good solid beating. With enough time you might have to re-rivet the pins, but other than that awesome set of spaulders! I can easily put my hands above my head too with them on. I filed some of the edges down because they dug into my arm. So be careful these things can be a little sharp right out of the box.
