A traditional roman belt, this is not. Instead, this Roman Leather Belt is a suitable accessory to include any time you don your Roman armour, as this belt more closely resembles a leather tasset belt, complete with hanging leather adornments. The belt itself consists of a wide waistband that wraps around the waist and secures in the back, and although it is only available in one size, it is adjustable, so it can be made to fit many different waists. The front and sides of the belt features several hanging decorations, which take many different forms. Along the front are five cascading leather straps, which feature little brass adornments, as well as broad rings that are set into the tips of the leather hangers. Along the sides of the belt are shorter hanging flats, some of which are leather and feature matching broad metal ringlets, while others are fabric and feature leather plates at their end. The end result is that this belt looks to be as much a piece of armour as it is a personal accessory, one that will accent any number of impressive Roman looks.
