Snow Proof Silicone Water & Stain Repellent Spray

Whether you wish to waterproof your leather gear or fabric-based accessories, the Snow Proof Silicone Water & Stain Repellent Spray works for both. This topcoat is especially useful for DIYers, roleplayers, and reenactors.

Footwear has been important all throughout history, and one of the most iconic shoes of the Roman Empire have been recreated here in the Roman Caligae Sandals. These military boots were worn by many different ranks of soldiers. In the middle ages, shoes represented both fashion and necessity. Modern re-enactors whose outfit is lacking something may well be missing the perfect shoes to complement the ensemble. These Roman Caligae Sandals have been designed to fit the needs of period re-enactors and living history groups. Suitable for military ensembles, they are perfect for recreating Centurion, Legionary, or Praetorian looks out of Ancient Rome. For that reason, they are great for stage plays and renaissance fairs. They are made for historical authenticity and feature leather uppers and studded leather soles.

Please be aware that these shoes are made from natural leather, which can be prone to scuffing, and the shoes may already have minor scuff marks when shipped.

Key Features:

  • Period accurate shoes
  • Made from quality leather
  • A historic Roman sandal design
  • Great for Re-enactors.

These are in Mens US shoe sizes. They are true to size. They do not come in narrow or wide, only a standard width.

These Caligae are great. I purchased them as they have the thicker soles I was looking for to be more accurate. I have 3 pair of Caligae and these are the best. the description does not mention the Hob nails I was hoping they had. They did. the hob nail pattern follows some of the found examples of Roman footwear found at archeological roman sites. They are the flat nails as opposed to spiked. It just makes them more practical.. the pattern for the uppers is a near match .to historical. I am very pleased.
