Illumine Greaves – Brass

Great warrior, it is important that you protect your legs just as much as your torso. Wear the Brass Illumine Greaves to guard against enemy attacks. Made from 19 gauge mild steel, these brass-colored greaves come as a pair. They are available in two sizes and secure to the legs with straps. Rivets secure the straps in place. Each greave features a brass finish. They have a concave curved edge at the ankle for greater mobility.

Each greave has a two-plate design. One plate covers the knee while the other covers the shin. There is a pointed top edge on the plate covering the knee. It points up towards the thigh. The bottom edge of this top plate has a curved shape. In between, there are multiple raised ridges that create a diamond-shaped look. One ridge follows the angle of the top edge while two more point down towards the ankle. Additional ridges continue the pointed effect onto the shin plate of the greaves. The Brass Illumine Greaves are great for LARP events, cosplay conventions, and more.

Care Instructions:

• This armour will arrive to you covered in protective oil. While this oil can be removed, it must be replaced with another protective maintenance product to protect your steel armour from rusting. Occasional oiling is necessary for the proper maintenance of this armour. When storing this armour, protect it from oxidation by coating it with machine oil.
