I placed an order via text chat with your wonderful service person Mya. I had to write and let you know just how grateful I am with Mya’s excellent help. Last minute invite for my Granddaughter Audrey (7 years old) to attend a Narnia costume themed birthday party on Sunday. Thankfully, I stumbled on your website and was delighted to see a chat feature! As a 60+ year old Nana, I had no idea what in the world Narnia was, let alone figure out a costume. Googling Narnia got me over one hurdle, figuring out a costume was another. Since my sewing skills are atrocious, a home made costume was out of the question since I don’t want to traumatize my granddaughter with my lack of DIY skills. Your website was very easy to navigate and I soon found the perfect little costume for Audrey. My luck continued when I went on the chat feature and Mya was my service person. My lucky day!!! Mya was wonderful and couldn’t have been more helpful to this freaked out Grandmother with a last minute situation. I even had to add something to the original order and, again, Mya was terrific.
