I can’t wait to wear my new costume!

I purchased about $300 worth of costume pieces from Medieval Collectibles in anticipation of a LARP event ten days away. One of the items was out of stock with an estimated resupply within 3-5 business days. I wasn’t sure if the time estimate was accurate online, so I ordered a backup item as well. The next morning, I received a call from Amber informing me of the out of stock status in case I hadn’t noticed, and encouraged me to contact her to make sure I was getting what I needed. I’m so glad I called! Amber took the time to promptly follow up on my order and proactively took steps to make sure everything went smoothly for me. She was very friendly and clear with her information, and I feel much less stressed about my order now because she took care of me as a customer. I can’t wait to wear my new costume!
