Made of high-quality leather and featuring adornments both stylish and functional, the Suede Kandor Gloves are great for wearing as part of any LARP or historical reenactment look and are also suitable for wearing under gauntlets. The soft suede is comfortable to wear while still providing the sturdiness of leather. The long cuffs of these rugged gloves feature three buckled straps, adjustable for a custom fit. A strap and push snap button at the wrist also allow for further personalization.

These are really nice gloves for wearing under gauntlets. You can also open up the wrist cuffs so a bracers will fit underneath.

As is the case with all things Mytholon, these gloves are amazing quality. Maybe my eye is not the sharpest, but the gloves are longer than the image lets off, but not in a bad way. The 4 buckles and straps really let you fit it snug regardless of arm size, and the feel both inside and outside is amazing. They give a feel of sturdy long-lasting construction and honestly for the price point they can’t be beat

I have not had great luck with Mytholon gloves, but these turned out to be pretty good. It has an attractive design & appearance. The material & the stitching had no issues whatsoever. No loose threads & the leather was soft & more pliable than past Mytholon gloves that I have purchased. They feel very comfortable to wear right out of the box. There was a lot of extra room in the thumbs, though. I could have fit two of my thumbs in there. Luckily, the leather loop straps around the wrist help to counteract the slack in the thumb area & stabilize the glove. I bought a Black pair first & I am pleased enough with them that I may get a Light Brown or Green pair, as well. The fact that there were a few different colors to choose from was also a nice bonus.

Nice and snug fit for my long fingers but the button on the back has a tendency to come undone. Not a problem when you wear bracers over it. Looks great with the full plate gear of dueling gloves for a musketeer or pirate.

Considering the cost, I’m happy with my gloves. I have large hands and typically need to winter gloves in XL but these in L were comfortably roomy enough for my hands. Despite the pictures (or perhaps the differing shades of brown in the pictures are still the same glove color) the “light brown” is much more akin to khaki/sand/tan than merely a lighter shade of brown. I’m ok with the color, though I would have preferred more “brown” in my light brown. One of the gloves came with a little hole on the underside of the forearm cover but nothing a couple stitches wouldn’t fix. The fore-arm buckles seem like they would have made more sense pointing backward (were you to hold your gloves at your sides) than foreward but eh, that’s a design choice. The wrist strap clasps aren’t at the same intervals between the two gloves so one is too tight to cinch at the same clasp I use on the other glove.
Considering all that, I’d buy them again if need be. They’re nice and supple, too.

Absolutely awesome gloves! Feel very nice and sturdy! I got the brown gloves but they are darker than they appear in the photos!

I bought a pair in Light Brown back in 2021. I was finally able to purchase another pair of these & was surprised to see the change in color. They were MUCH lighter than the pair I bought 4 years ago. Kyle Hurst was absolutely right in his review. They are more of a Sand color. If you need a visual of what that color looks like, check out the Mytholon Sigurd Suede Bracers (MY101851). They come in 3 colors: Black, Brown, and–you guessed it–Sand. The Sand is the same color as my Light Brown gloves. I agree this is not a bad color, it just doesn’t fit the picture & could use more Brown in the Light Brown color. There was also a hole in the seam of the Left thumb where a stitch or two was not fully joining two ends together.
