Once a part of a lively playground, the Slippery Little Devil accessory figurine by Department 56 now stands ready to add melancholic horror to any scene. Made from polyresin, this hand-painted slide comes straight out of an abandoned playground. The slide has orange sides and a rusty bottom. Its support poles and ladder, once a vibrant red, have now peeled and faded to a shadowy black. Cobwebs hang out beneath the rounded handles.
It proves too enticing to its current user: a large, grinning skeleton split in two. The skeleton’s legs are ready to step off at the bottom. At the top, the skeleton’s hands grip the handles, not yet letting go. It’s middle disappears into the slide.
Beneath the abandoned slide is a patch of muddy, murky ground dotted with autumn leaves. This figurine is perfect for many different Halloween villages and miniature horror scenes. You can easily combine it with the Got a Push? miniature (EN-6014713) or any other frightening figurine.
