Forged as one piece from C60 high-carbon steel, this medieval arming sword is ready for combat and designed with historically inspired details. Carbon steel is renowned for its strength and durability. The unsharpened, double-edged blade has a rounded tip and a hardness of 48-52 HRc. This makes it great for blade-on-blade contact sparring. A fuller runs all the way down the length. The blade is also forged with a distal taper, getting gradually thinner from the base down to the tip for a more favorable balance.

The tapering cruciform guard is made of steel. The chappe in the middle is thicker than the quillons. Wrapped in brown leather, the handle has two embossed rings securing your grip. At the bottom, the peened scent-stopper pommel has a raised disk in the middle.

This medieval knight sword comes with a wooden scabbard wrapped in brown leather. The throat is stitched with black leather for added detail and securing the guard when sheathed. In the middle, the scabbard has a wooden suspension loop for sliding onto your sword belt. This suspension loop is secured to the scabbard with two black bands. The bottom of the scabbard has two embossed rings for added detail.
