When you take on the enemy, it is wise to be wielding a mighty sword. Carry the Single Edge Viking Sword with you onto the battlefield. Made from high carbon steel, this Norse sword features a single-edged blade with a straight spine. An extra-wide fuller runs the length of the blade. It is most of the width of the blade. Also, the blade has a distal taper, meaning that it gets thinner towards its slightly up-swept tip.
The sword continues with a traditionally styled hilt. The hilt has a short, flat crossguard. Then, there is a brown cord-wrapped grip. The hilt ends with a triangular pommel. A copper wire wraps around the pommel. Both the guard and pommel are steel. Finally, this Viking sword comes with a brown leather scabbard. This sword is great for reenactments and other medieval battles.

This is a great sword for a great price. It has an excellent balance and feel. It is historically accurate in its design. The blade comes sharp. It has a nice sleek dark brown scabbard with steel chape on the end. The grip is about 4″ as is should be, unless you have very large hands, then it may too small. I am 5’11’ 190lbs and its perfect for me. My only complaint is that the inner tips of the pommel are a bit sharp, but it will be easy to polish those out. This is my favorite of the 13 Viking swords I own. It looks and feels so good. A lot of sword for a low price.
