Just received my cooking pot today 05 June 2024, and I must say it is very well crafted.
The side ears are sturdy and the bail is stout enough to hold this pot over the fire with no worries.
It does have a heavy coating of oil that I will remove and then reseason it.

You’re not going to be cooking stew for the entire family in this, but for just one or two, it’s a great option. Just be sure to thoroughly clean it off before you cook with it; it comes heavily greased in what I’m assuming to be not-edible grease.
