When you need to practice your sword-drawing skills to ensure victory over your enemies, wield the Practical XL Light sword. Made from 1566 high-carbon steel, this functional samurai sword has a curved blade, typical of Japanese swords. It is best for competitively cutting targets with its differential tempering and narrow edge angle. It has an HRC 60 edge and a HRC 40 spine.

Also, the shinogi-zukuri blade features a visible temper-line. A fuller runs down each side of the blade to help lighten its weight. The sword features a brass blade collar before the black circular tsuba.

The hilt continues with a wrapped removable handle. Black faux leather wraps around the cream-colored grip. Finally, this sword comes with a black lacquered scabbard. The scabbard features a black cord wrapping, or sageo, at the top. This Japanese katana is ideal for wielding at a competition. You can add it to any sword collection.
