Along with the classic great helm on his head, he wears a billowing grey cloak clasped at the neck. Two brass-colored buttons are on the neck of the cloak. Just underneath the cloak is a realistic carved chainmail hauberk.

In the knight’s right hand is a classic arming sword with a brass tone crossguard. The crusader holds a black heater shield with the golden crusader cross emblazoned on it. The shield has a silver border. Beneath the crusader are the remnants of the battle: a great helm and a sword sticking out of a grey field.

The border of the notebook cover has golden Fleur de Lys on each corner. Below the Fleur de Lys is a chain. The outermost trim of the cover is carved to look like castle crenellations and painted black to resemble ancient stone.
