These pirate pants are an essential part of any pirate costume. The Captain Cottuy Pirate pants are made from viscose with an elastic belt and loose fitting till the knee. The long fitted portion below the knee features eyelets and cords to get that real pirate image. These pirate pants would also look great with Pirate outfits as well as Medieval and Renaissance outfits. Captain Cottuy was French Captain in 1697 and was a very passionate pirate captain. He was famous for taking the part in the Sack of Cartagena.

Ladies, if you are looking for pirate pants, look no further! I am going for less of a wench look and more of a sailor look with my pirate costume and it was surprisingly tricky to find pants that were baggy without drowning me. These are perfect! The taper is great for wearing with some pirate boots. And the elastic waist is so helpful. It also looks great with a baggy shirt and linen sash. I am 5’5” and 130 lbs. with an athletic build; most of my curves are in my legs and hips and the medium is perfect for me. The pants don’t close quite all the way around my calves, but it’s not a huge issue because they’re hidden in my boots.
