It is just the right size when I got it and it feels great to wear. The problem that I have with it is the blue color on the Blue/Red tabard is not the blue I was expecting or wanted. The blue is too dark and almost black.

Picked up the red and black variant of this tabard. Came exactly as described, material feels great, it’s not too thick or too thin and it feels like it’ll last me a decently long while. The red and black colors do not looks washed out or odd in any way, the red is rich and stands out in contrast to the black. I got this to go over a chainmail hauberk I purchased and if you too are looking for the same thing I can assure you, the fit is fantastic. I’m 6’1 and about 195lbs pretty broad and it’s not too snug, but it’s a good fit that still leaves me with plenty of mobility and I don’t feel restricted in the least. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for an easy slip over tabard, when you cinch it up with a belt it looks fantastic.

This is an excellent, period-correct garment that is perfect for Renaissance/Medieval costuming. It looks great with chainmail and partial plate armor. Just keep an iron handy because it wrinkles terribly. A few loose threads, but that just makes it look that much more authentic. Even with no armor, this and a helmet: instant costume! Fantastic!

Absolutely blown away by this product I order black and cream colors look great, however I am quite short and the length of it makes it drag when I bend my knees but that’s not the products fault lol, the material feels great it’s good and thick but not too thick, overall great product will definitely be wearing this a long time

Very nice, heavy duty fabric should hold up for a long time. Colors are a little darker than what you see on the website though (the yellow is a nice deep golden color). Very happy with it.

The tabard’s colors and texture matches that of my Mytholon cloak, and it’s sold here at a fraction of the price a festival vendor would have sold it for. The only reason I did not rate it five stars is that colors on the back are not reversed like in the picture. It doesn’t matter to me, but it could mislead future buyers.

Adding this to my full plate really made my armour look amazing! Wether you wear it under your armour (as to make a fashionable skirt) or over your armour, it looks awesome! I bought the red/cream. The red is a very bright and rich red, like the picture shows. The colors on the back were reversed on mine like the pictures show. I think every knight should have something like this in their armoury. God bless! Proverbs 28:13

Absolutely love this tabard. It’s thin enough on the shoulder width that you can actually show off your pauldrons or wear this under your armor and it doesn’t get bunched up. I saw some other reviews mention colors being off but mine (black and dark yellow) was accurate to photos. Price is awesome too!
