   Easy to put together, holds up my Epic Armoury visored Barbuta with no wobbling. The black paint looks great, as well!

   Its cheap, but it works. The screw does not hold the wood together well, even installing it with a drill. The stand itself looks nice, but mine wasnt sanded very much at all on the base, and so the wood is very rough. Over all, with some sandpaper and wood glue, it works well and looks nice, but it should be better.

   Bought this for my son to support his visored barbuta helmet also purchased on this site. While he does intend to wear the helm sometimes, most of the time it will be displayed in his room. This stand is great for that, it really makes the helm look like a museum piece instead of something just sitting on a shelf. It’s sturdy and nicely finished in a matte black and holds the helm in a vertical, elevated position.
