Honestly, this exceeded my expectations. The pictures looked just okay to me, but I was getting the tristen shirt as well, so I thought, let me give this a try too. They look soooo good together! The material feels good and the color is just right and not too bright. I love the metal pointed ends of the ties, they are decorative but strong, and give the whole vest a nice polished look but not farby.
Perhaps the only con, is that the ties are not attached to the vest. When the ties are untied they are loose so they can potentially fall out. But if you leave one untied, you can just tie it to itself so it doesn’t fall out. I haven’t tested it yet, but I hope that will work.

I was hesitant on this purchase at first, but I’m so glad I got it!

Great vest! I’m 5’8″ with a 35″ chest and ordered the small which was a little too small so I’m going to get a medium. The materials are comfortable and the vest looks great! I ordered the black one.

Excellent quality. The fabric, lining and piping are all made of very robust but light materials. This vest is shorter thanIexpected, it ends at the waist. Still, makes my fantasy lord outfit perfect.

Very good materials and a great look. However, be sure to pay attention to the sizing, I’m a bigger man and it is VERY tight on me. I would say if you run in the XL-XXL range, this may not work out for you! However, I’ve unlaced the front and used it as an open vest for a roguish look, so not a total loss!

Quality made and very cool aesthetic. The dark blue lines on the Black version of this vest make it a cool secondary coloring pair with the Blue color options of several of the Mytholon clothing items like the Gadaric Canvas Tunic and the Aaron Canvas Cloak. Like the reviewer before me, I would agree that this vest is limited in its size range. I am 6’2″ and sit at right around a 42″ chest, which is the listed limit of this vest, and it overall fits just right but I have to be careful about stretching or inhaling too much unless I want to wear the strings more loosely with a slightly open look in the front. However, I also plan to wear this vest over the Gadaric tunic – I have a bit more range of motion with this vest worn over a normal shirt. It’s also a fairly short vest (at least on me – like a reviewer above said, it ends at right about my waist), so coupled with the way the laces work I would definitely recommend a shirt worn underneath it unless you’re into showing off the midriff. The fit may also mean that you can’t quite comfortably pull of a look that places a belt around the bottom of the vest like it’s pictured in the listing if you’re my size, so measure yourself well if that’s something you’re concerned about.
