This item only comes in one very flowing size that will probably work from a busty 6-8 to about 22-24. The silk is very soft and fine and feels wonderful against your skin – which is the entire point of a silk chemise. The sleeves had tight elastic right at the wrists which I removed with a pair of sharp scissors and fixed with a few stitches. The sleeve works beautifully with the wrist just a plain circle or a silk ribbon threaded through could be added to pull it tighter. Everything about my chemise is now perfectly lovely.
