Dark Elven Craftsmanship

Made from genuine leather, these dark elf pauldrons are just what you need for your shadowy character or other costume ideas. Being made from leather, this kind of medieval shoulder armour is flexible while remaining durable. With time, the leather gorget and shoulders will break in for an even better fit, allowing you the benefit of protection without compromising mobility. This item is handmade, therefore, it may vary slightly from what is shown above. These pauldrons are sold as a pair with an included gorget.

These leather shoulders are available in one size. But, they are highly adjustable thanks to the included leather ties in the gorget. Starting with the gorget, it has a round raised collar to protect your neck. In front, there is a leather plate that lays over the top of your torso, connected to the rest of the gorget with leather ties. There are brass tri-rings on each side.

Moving onto the pauldrons, they are designed with overlapping layers designed to resemble dragon scales. The top two layers have upswept points for added detail. The bottom edges have tapering points that cover the upper arms, complete with adjustable straps that buckle underneath the upper arms as well. Apart from the brass hardware, the entire pauldron set is black to exude the sophistication and deadly charm of dark elves and other underworld characters.

It’s designed to easily slip over your head and rest naturally on your shoulders like a mantle. With leather ties and cords throughout, it’s easy to attach to other armour components as well.

When you’re done buckling the torso around your chest, don’t forget to attach the Tassets (MCI-4047-Blk) to the bottom! Then buckle the Bracers (MCI-4048) around your arms and the Greaves (MCI-4049) around your legs to complete your kit.

Care Instructions:

• Remove dirt with a hard brush, then gently clean with leather soap and a soft, damp cloth. Remove soap with a separate damp cloth, then use a dry cloth to wipe away remaining water. Let dry naturally. Condition with oil or polish, then wipe with a final cloth to remove excess residue.
