A great basic for a multitude of historic outfits, the Rafael Cotton Shirt is versatile and lightweight. The classic V-cut neck can be customized with the strings threaded through the collar, pulled tight or loose, tied or untied. Draw the neck tighter for a straight laced, polished look, or leave the shirt neck wide and untied for relaxed charm. This medieval styled top can be worn as an undershirt or make up the base of your next LARP outfit when accessorized accordingly. The long sleeves are wide and, like the neck, can also be pulled tight with drawstrings for a look that is all your own.

Beautifully made shirt. Good, rich color. Fabric was a bit stiff but seemed like it would loosen up over time. Item was, unfortunately, too large for me and too small for my husband, so I had to return it.

A nice, simple, period-style shirt that can serve as the basis for just about any costume. Take a little bit of care when tying off the sleeves. I didn’t have any problems, but it does seem that these could be an issue after a lot of use. Once I got this on – and this was the first part of any ren-fair costume I’d ever worn – I really felt the part, and knew the rest of it would come together. Highly recommend!
