The dress ties with laces along the side, which allows it to be somewhat adjustable, ensuring that it can be used for years to come. The chemise is white and features a design similar to an adult chemise, being light and roomy, as well as full-length. I bought this dress for my daughter for her 6th birthday. She loves to dress up and wanted to go to the Colorado Renaissance Fair for her birthday, in lieu of a party this year. The dress arrived quickly and was just lovely. I ordered it in white and blue, size medium. It was a tad bigger than I had expected, but she will have multiple years of wear with it. The fabric is very soft and light and the construction is very high quality. The only negative I can offer is that the piece of cording used for the neck drawstring is very rough. My daughter asked if I could take it out and use something different. I removed the cord and replaced it with a piece of 1/4 inch elastic. She found that to be perfect. It was very hot that day and she stayed very cool and comfortable in her dress. Extremely satisfied with my purchase!!

This dress was very much larger than I expected. I did all the measuring and it should have come out right, but maybe that was just an error on my part. Regardless, its nice quality and is really cute, my daughter wont be able to wear it for awhile but I know it will look cute on her when that time comes.
