Farald Padded Bracers

When attacking your enemy, you do not want to be distracted by your gear. Protect yourself from pinching armour by wearing the Farald Padded Bracers. Wear these padded bracers to help you be more comfortable during your next battle. Made from cotton, this pair of bracers comes in two colors. They are available in one size only. Also, the bracers have a polyester padding.
Next, they secure to the wearers arms by ties that wrap around the bracers and the arms. These ties help to adjust the fit. Stitching attaches the ties to the bracers near the elbow. In addition, vertical quilting on the bracers helps to keep the padding in place while you move. Overall, the bracers are wider near the elbow than they are near the wrists. Great on their own, these padded armour pieces also work great underneath steel armour, sold separately. Add the Farald Padded Bracers to your LARP or reenactment ensemble.

Great value for the price, solid, well made, durable material that fits well. The only thing I’d say is that the straps/ties could probably be a little longer. Even though they fit fine for me, I’m fairly skinny and I can imagine a larger person might have more difficulty getting them to wrap around in a secure fashion. Other than that, it’s a very solid product.

Great padded bracers, but the ties are a little hard to wrap by yourself.

It works just like real gambeson, because it is real gambeson! These make a huge difference with any armguard. And even without any metal over them they make you look really cool. Like a nomad. A combo meal at McDonald’s cost more than these, so if you like them geddem’. Tying the straps takes a little practice to get just right though!
