The Eleanor skirt has elastic and drawstring that has been provided at waist for easy and comfortable wearing. The extra-high waistband is superior to lower waistbands because it lays flat under the bodice and helps to keep the chemise tucked in all day. You will never look disheveled! For the double skirt look (be sure to add 2 to your cart), tuck up the outer skirt underneath your bodice or you if you are wearing a belt, you can also use our skirt hikes. For your second day at the fair, switch the skirts around and reverse your bodice if you have any of our reversible versions for a whole new look. It is easy to care for our skirts, as they are machine wash and tumble dry.

I really love the color and the texture of this skirt. Only one concern at all – it bleeds! My underdress has a permanent green stain from the skirt. I highly recommend getting this skirt early and having it cleaned before you wear it to avoid bleed. That said, I highly recommend it.
