Childs Warrior Pauldrons

What role will your child play while LARPing? Will your son or daughter become a noble knight of the Round Table or an elven swordfighter from the enchanted woods? Regardless, the Childs Warrior Pauldrons guard their shoulders.

This set includes a pair of spaulders and besagues. Five ridged metal plates protect the upper arms. The besagues shield the armpits. Leather cording holds the besagues to the spaulders. Straps secure the pauldrons to the arms. In addition, there are straps at the top for attaching to other pieces of armour, such as a gorget or cuirass, not included. The pauldrons must be worn with something else that it can attach to.

Rivets and rolled edging improve safety and deflection. For maximum comfort, combine the pauldrons with arming wear such as a padded mantle.

Please be aware that these items are handmade. Slight deviations in pattern, color, and shape may occur. When purchasing armour pieces, in order for the pieces to be compatible, it is best to stay within the brand.

Care Instructions:

• This armour will arrive to you covered in protective oil. While this oil can be removed, it must be replaced with another protective maintenance product to protect your steel armour from rusting. Occasional oiling is necessary for the proper maintenance of this armour. When storing this armour, protect it from oxidation by coating it with machine oil.
