As you infiltrate the city, you pass by the guards unnoticed in your Altair Assassins Long Vest. You find your target as he enters his hideout, flanked by henchmen. Only a fool would walk in the front door, but someone left a window open. This vest is a sleeveless shirt designed for the most skilled rogues. Reaching from the shoulders to the knees and made from soft, dyed cotton, this tunic can be a costume all by itself – or work as a layer in a more complicated design. Move around crowded cities easily thanks to an A-cut at the front and back hem, while hiding your identity with the attached large hood. Designed to be tight fitting and sleek, the tunic features many sharp lines and angles to give you a slim and dangerous appearance. When you need to soar like an eagle or become a blade in the crowd, this vest is perfect for your subtle needs. Secure the Altair Assassins Long Vest using five straps through double brass D-rings along the front for a comfortable fit.

The sizing chart is a bit off. I have a 52” chest, and the L/XL fits me perfectly. Other than that, this is a fantastic piece of garb. I got the brown and black version, and it looks great, feels great, doesn’t inhibit movement, and holds up to rough use. Also, the hood is the perfect size. Definitely worth it.

Love this vest. I’m a female who is 5’7″ 130lbs 34/36B, and the small fits pretty well. It’s just a tad big, but that’s to be expected. I’m wearing the green one as part of my Ranger cosplay and it looks great! Wish there was an option to add pics to the review as I know that really helps.

I love this vest! I ordered the black and brown version to go with an assassin outfit I’ve been working on but ended up using this with about 3 different outfits. I’m a 150lb male with a 37″ chest and the small fits pretty good overall.

The black and brown wasn’t available in time, so I got the green and tan. I used black dye diluted to 1/3 with water to darken it, which worked really well. Gave it a washed out, earth-tone type look. This is an excellent piece for its fashion and usability–it just looks awesome. My only problem with it is that after one wash (after dying) and one use (about 8 hours, so a long one at least), the stitching on one said already gave out and will need to be resewn. I will do both to avoid future surprises.
