Medieval Collectibles is an online retailer selling unique, period-themed replicas, home decor, clothing, and much more. We are currently hiring office positions due to company growth.

Customer Service Rep Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service via Phone, Email, and Live Chat.
• Take and process orders.
• Work with vendors.
• Must be knowledgeable with using computers and the internet.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds.

Potential candidates should have a positive attitude and a willingness to help others, which is essential for customer service. Must be able to multi-task, stay organized, and work efficiently.

A typical day would consist of taking orders by phone, providing order status by phone and/or email, answering general inquiries from customers regarding products, availability, and shipping times.

Our office positions start $13.00 per hour or more based on experience. There is room to grow as we regularly give raises and/or promotions to employees who perform their job well.

Our benefits include 7 paid holidays after 3 months of employment, paid vacation starts after 1 year of employment, an annual anniversary bonus, and we also offer a 401K plan after 1 year of employment.
