Thank You, Mia

I am writing this note to say how much Mia was at helping me with my order. I ordered a cloak arm bracers a sword and the Tristan set. The sword was on back order so I had to choose a different one, which is ok cause I like the one better. there was a mix up with the Tristan outfit. She put me on hold very politely. Came back told me what was happening. Then she had to put me back on hold very politely again to see what was in stock. The Tristan you had. The shirt and pants you didn’t. So on hold I went again. Now she comes back this shirt would go nice with your outfit. I was looking on the web site myself. I found one I liked she looked it up and you had one. Perfect then the pants but she took care of that to. All through my phone call she was saying how sorry she was about putting me on hold. I was completely understandable. I what to make sure I got the right stuff and it was all coming in time for the renn fest. Mia was so helpful nice and put my mind at easy.It made me write this letter. Which I have never done before. Last year I ordered a pirate outfit. Next year I am looking into the undead plate armor. I am happy with your company and customer service.
