I would just like to start off by saying thank you. I was very pleased with the experience of your site, your product assortment, and the ease of which I was able to handle my issues. The rep I spoke to on the phone, Ms. Sierra, was exceptional. Extraordinary in the truest sense of the word. One of the most professional, patient, and just pleasant people I’ve ever done business with. You are lucky to have her. She even went so far as to go measure a product with vague details on the website so that I could ensire it was the right fit for me (literally). Thoroughly explained everything from product construction, to return policy, to how the shipment options could be expected to perform. Based purely on my interaction with her I would not only do business again, bit would recommend vehemently to anyone needing products in this vein.
