A beautiful pouch. The leather & the stitching appear to be done well, sturdy, & of good quality. The latticework weave on one quarter of it adds a special element that sets it apart from any other leather pouch. The word “pouch” tends to downplay its actual size, in my opinion. It’s a good sized bag. I discovered, by accident, that a wine bottle that’s 4 inches in diameter can fit into the opening & be carried around by this “pouch”. It may hold one that is 4.25 inches wide, at best…..just sayin’. It’s a little too shiny to look historically accurate, but it certainly has enough character to add a little medieval touch to your everyday life. It’s a little on the pricey side, too. Not sure if that comes from the latticework weave or if it’s hand made or what. I’m going to load mine up with coins to break it in the right way. I plan to buy more as gifts.
