No matter if you are fighting as a mercenary or a soldier defending their kingdom, fight with the Tinker Pearce Sharp Early Medieval Sword. Made from 5160 spring steel, this functional medieval sword features a double-edged blade with tapered sides. A fuller runs down two-thirds of its length. Also, it has sharpened edges, marquenched to 50-53 HRC.
Then, the well-balanced sword continues with a cruciform crossguard. Its ends slightly curve towards the blade. The guard is thicker in the center. Next, the full-tang sword has a black leather-covered grip. The single-handed hilt ends with a wheel-shaped pommel.
Finally, this cutting sword comes with a black leather-covered scabbard. It has a steel chape and throat. You can take this sword to your next reenactment. Also, you can add it to a sword collection.
If you wish to replace the blade, we also offer sword replacement blades for the sword in blunted and sharpened versions (OH2407 and OH2406), sold separately.

Received in perfect condition, straight and true. No imperfections, measures exactly as specified 2.53lb and came sharper than most of my kitchen knives. Balance point is around 4-3/4 inches from crossguard and has large pommel so very flickable for a medieval sword. Definately one handed grip.
