The pendant takes the shape of a triquetra, or a three-pointed knot interwoven with a circle. In the middle of the circle, there is a claddagh design. A claddagh consists of two hands holding a heart that has a crown on top. The heart of this claddagh features a gemstone. There are six gemstone options.
