Peter Duemler Royalty Beer Stein

A beautiful stein crafted from stoneware, the Peter Duemler Royalty Beer Stein has a raised-relief and applied decoration. A pewter relief band wraps around the black glazed stoneware body. It features a five-panel mural of King Charlemagne, his guards, and royal subjects. Eight separate cast pewter lions and crowns are then applied to the steins octagonal base. Four hand-painted gold-leaf bands complete the body decoration. On top of the ornate pewter lid is a figure of a knight in full armor. This stein is produced in a worldwide limited edition of 5,000 individually numbered pieces. This stein is not only a great collectible piece.
