I got this as an accessory to my Wood Elf outfit. It has an authentic look to it. The leather cord is adjustable to various lengths depending on how low you want it to hang.

Ah, an orc ear. Even other orcs aren’t above being taught a lesson. I have a necklace of these trophy body parts for my orc costume, and this one is a great addition – it shows any uppity young orcs in the tribe not to mess around! This is the most detailed of all the parts in this series. The color of the one I received was a bit darker than the way it appears in the photo. No problem there, just an observation. Same as the rest of the parts, i.e. latex filled with fiber stuffing making a soft, lightweight product that has a solid appearance. Highly recommended!

I have reviewed this item individually before, but I just bought six more of these. That says something about the quality, eh? I am making necklaces to gift to some friends who I will be linking up with at a Ren Faire. I will be adding some teeth and colored beads to each necklace. I can say that with a bundle of these there are some slight variations in strings and color/tone of the ears, but that is simply an observation, not an issue. I actually think that is a good thing, so if you use multiples for a costume or were them in a group, they won’t all appear exactly the same. Never disappointed in these latex trophy items (severed body parts, masks, and shrunken heads – just search “trophy” on the website!)

Okay, I know I have reviewed this item before, as I have ordered it multiple times, but I have new info: all of the other orc ears (seven in total) have been right ears, and this one was a left ear! So, there is the possibility of randomly receiving different ears when you order the same item. I applaud this! Maybe it might be worthwhile for customers to choose whether they want right, left, or random?
