Brave warrior, remember to put on padding before putting on your armour. Wear the Medieval Padded Bracers in ecru to prevent chaffing and pinching. Ecru is a natural beige color. They keep bracers from sliding around or from pinching your skin. Made from cotton canvas and wool felt, the quilted bracers fasten closed with ties laced through stitched holes. The fabric ties have brass end pieces. The bracers feature a diamond quilted pattern. The ends of the pair of bracers are rounded. They are an ideal medieval accessory for LARP events or historical reenactments.

These are really nicely padded and very comfortable. A little bit long for my forearms, but not terribly so. I think they would be more comfortable for me personally if they curved away around the wrist instead, since currently they tend to overlap onto the back of my hand and slightly hinder wrist movement. Though that might be an extra protection other people enjoy. The fabric is soft and comfortable for long wear, and they have been easy to clean after a long day of wear. I appreciate the arming tips on the end of the laces for aesthetics, but they quickly feel a bit impractical while wearing. I struggle to find a comfortable place to tuck them away that isn’t being pressed into my skin by the laces or my vambraces. But the laces are easy to replace if this becomes a long term issue. Overall, these are a great value with their thickness, durability, and comfort.
