This is a nice, heavier-than-it-looks, sharp knife – sharp enough for use at the table; not food-prep worthy unless you have nothing else. I like the weight (even with a narrower handle) and the long blade. We’ve got several of these now, and enjoy using them. I wouldn’t run them through the dishwasher, however. Hand wash and dry immediately, then rub in a little oil all over.
