Care Instructions:

Hand washing is recommended. Wash in warm, soapy water, and dry with a soft cloth. Do not soak in water or put in dishwasher. Wood should be rinsed immediately following use and hand dried with a towel. If used with oily or saucy foods, wash thoroughly with hot water and soap. Regular cleaning with a light vinegar base will also ensure that no bacteria is left behind. Oil occasionally with food safe mineral oil.
