Gaining popularity in the latter half of the 13th century, steel armour for covering the elbows and knees gradually became more common. The Historical Elbow Cops offer a classic look ideal for matching 1250-1350 armour styles. The steel couters possess a smooth, rounded look with a wing extension for additional coverage. The elbow armour looks great paired with gauntlets, bracers, and other pieces. The steel elbow cops have leather straps with buckles to help them stay securely in place. The medieval couters work well for LARP events and historical re-enactments!

Please note that steel thickness may vary slightly due to the handcrafted methods used in the manufacture of this item.

  1. Jack DuBose (verified owner)

They came fast but if unless you have a larger arm you will want to possibly punch another hole in the leather strap or dill holes into them to attach them to a arming point but still great none the less absolutely satisfied

  2. bavarianpineapple0619 (verified owner)

Definitely will have to drill holes in to tie to an arming doublet of sorts but solid and the makers mark is a neat little touch
