This is not only a tremendously cool LOTR fantasy blade, it’s also a very capable little short sword (or very big dagger)! Legacy Arms uses very good 5160 steel and tempers it well. This little blade takes a fine edge with a bit of elbow grease, and holds the edge very well.
I would trust this blade to tackle any chore for which I choose to use it. Whether I’m slaying goblins or field dressing game, this handy little beast is up to the task. Great little blade!

I had to wait eight months for this sword to arrive. Through no fault of the site, it was out of stock that entire time. That said, it was well worth the wait! The quality of both, the blade and scabbard are incredible and the workmanship, impeccable. It’s beautiful, rock-solid, and deadly. I’m still shaking my head in wonder. If you want a battle-ready version of Bilbo’s Sting, this is it! Looking at the sword, holding it, drawing and wielding it, you can almost believe that it really is Elven-made and came from a Troll’s lair in Middle Earth!
