The dragon statue was nice. It was a Christmas gift for my son. When I opened the box, even though it was well packaged, somehow it cracked and broke one of the wings. A couple days after Christmas I called the company to let them know what happened. They said they would ship out a replacement, which they did promptly. I was very satisfied with the customer service, and my son loved the dragon! I would give them a big old thumbs up!
