This is a great looking belt, it is a bit wider at 2.25″ so note that if your planning on putting things on the belt. Everything works great, the only thing I was not expecting was the built in frog. The straps for it do not even come close to holding my knight sword and scabbard which I was surprised by because I am almost sure the second picture shown is the same brand of sword and hence the same scabbard width as my sword but it would need at least 2 more belt notches to hold the scabbard in place. So if you just want to hold an unsheathed sword it should work fine but other wise the scabbard will need to be very large in size in order for the straps to hold it in place. My scabbard is 1″ wide by 2″ long for reference. For a 1″ wide scabbard it would need to be at least 2.5″ long to fit on the smallest notch.
