15th Century Infantry Gorget

As a part of your kingdoms infantry, you wear the 15th Century Infantry Gorget to protect your neck while you take on the enemy. Made from 14 gauge mild steel, this gorget secures onto the neck with an adjustable strap at the back. It has two plates. One plate covers the upper part of the chest near the neck. It has a central ridge. The bottom edge forms a point in the middle. Near the point are two holes for attaching it to other pieces of armour, not included.

The other plate protects the neck. It points outward to allow for better movement of the neck. The plate also has a central ridge. Its top edge features a point in the middle as well. Rivets secure the strap to the back of the top plate. Wear the 15th Century Infantry Gorget to your next historical reenactment. It looks great on a variety of characters.

• This armour will arrive to you covered in protective oil. While this oil can be removed, it must be replaced with another protective maintenance product to protect your steel armour from rusting. Occasional oiling is necessary for the proper maintenance of this armour. When storing this armour, protect it from oxidation by coating it with machine oil.
